TMIV are not reliant on selling the properties to pay our investors their fixed return. TMIV have agreed to re-finance the development with the bank to release equity to pay out investors within the agreed payment schedule.
TMIV are the developer, or are joint venture partners with the developer, engaging the builder on a fixed-price contract to be sure we are in control of costs. The investment period is calculated from the date on which your investment clears in the TMIV bank account.

Whatever the elected strategy, the term of each investment is set - usually over 12 months - and investors receive a secured fixed return of 20 - 25% (dependent on the amount invested) on their capital. All investments are secured against individual plots as a second charge giving you security and peace of mind.
This simple hands-free investment strategy allows us to "gear" our finances across several projects enabling us to increase our asset portfolio whilst securing a high level of return for our investors. Our strategy is clear; we only invest in completed properties or land with planning permission. This will ensure the value of the development will increase and our investors have a secured charge against the land / property.
